We ask about the activity, date, number of participants, approximate sizes, expected environment, experience level, and any instructions from a guide or instructor. This helps us identify practical combinations and reduce the chance of unsuitable sizing or missing accessories.

Before equipment leaves our care, we check the main items and explain the rental period and return expectations. Customers should review all equipment at collection and report any visible issue, missing accessory, or size concern immediately. After return, items are inspected, processed, dried where required, and stored for future reservations.

We also encourage respect for the environments where water sports take place. Follow local access rules, avoid disturbing wildlife, keep away from protected habitats, reduce disposable waste, and leave beaches, launch areas, and boat facilities clean.
